Bob is founder and head Auctioneer at Statewide Auctions & Clearing Sales and heads up the team in Victoria
Raised on a dairy farm in the Otway's, Bob comes from a background in Real Estate and conducts on site and on farm Clearing Sales in Melbourne and all throughout Regional Victoria.
He provides a full end to end service from initial appraisal,, site setup and cataloging, to booking print advertising, social media campaigns and email marketing..
The Victorian team provides all staff required on the day of the Sale,, including back office administration and payment collection, to banking of auction proceeds and disbursement of funds into the Vendors nominated bank account.
We also provide an itemised account of all sales at the end of the sale, detailing realised prices of each lot sold
Our mobile onsite office, eqipped with dedicated internet, ensures that we are able to accept EFTPOS payments in remote areas of Victoria, as well as providing a high standard of professionalism and customer service
