Multi Vendor Auction Clearing Sale onsite at Benalla. Sun 26th Oct, 2025 @ 9.30 AM. gates open at 8.00 AM. - Number system applies. Location: Pearson Rd, Benalla Outside Entries - How It Works-This Auction will be capped to 450 lots only. Instead of a percentage of sale price charged as commission, a fixed fee between $50 and $150 per lot will be charged, depending on the expected sale price, payable in advance and due upon Outside Vendor Agreement being signed. Once you have registered your interest, a member of our admin team will contact you to confirm a suitable time and day for one of our field reps to visit you to complete an Outside Vendor Agreement. Visits by our field reps will be between Monday 15th September and Friday 26th September. The Agreement will detail your Vendor Number, individual lot number of all lots entered, as well as reserve price set by you. Our field rep will also photograph all items and process entry fees via EFTPOS. A receipt for payment will be emailed to you while our field rep is onsite. On Saturday 25th October (day prior to auction), you will need to bring all items entered to the Auction site, as well as a copy of your Outside Vendor Agreement, and one of our staff will escort you to where your items need to be placed, according to their lot number. The Auction site will be patrolled on the Saturday night by two security guards from Backup Security in Benalla, as well as video surveillance cameras. Within seven days after the Auction, you will be emailed a Remittances Advice, detailing all sales, and monies owing will be deposited by EFT into your nominated account. There will be a four week advertising campaign leading up to Auction day to promote the Auction, consisting of newspaper advertising, social media advertising and email marketing to our subscriber list of over 1,000 subscribers. NO GST will be payable on all items purchased at this Clearing Sale. 5% buyers premium will be added to the knockdown price of all items at this Auction (payable by the purchaser). Catering will be available on Auction day, and heavy lifting facility will be available on Saturday for unloading of Auction entries, and again on Sunday for loading of sold and unsold lots. Reserve Prices May Be Set On All Lots Entered.
