Directions:  From Peninsula Link (M11) -  turn East onto Tyabb - Mornington Road and travel for approximately 800 meters, then turn south into Stumpy Gully Road, continue over Hodgins Road and watch for signs.
From Hastings- travel west along Hodgins Road, then turn left into Stumpy Gully Road and watch for signs.
PLEASE NOTE:  GST FREE SALE - NO GST will be payable on all items purchased at this Clearing Sale.   15% buyers premium will be added to the knockdown price of all items at this Clearing Sale.  There will be catering on the day.   PLEASE NOTE:  No Heavy lifting facility is available.
